Before you write
Most install issues are answered in the homepage troubleshooting section: match the file size to the table, keep free storage well beyond the download size, and download on a steady connection. If your message is about ping or lag, your phone model, Android version, network type and the ping numbers you see in the corner of the screen help us reproduce your conditions on the rack.
